Our mission at Surfari Surf School is to offer great Surf Lessons, Surf Camps, Surfboard and Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson and Rentals. You can learn to surf with the use of a surfboard and wetsuit through one of our qualified surf instructors or just rent a surfboard or paddleboard for your own surf session.

Surfari Surf School in San Diego was established in the Summer of 2000, and Ormond Beach Surfari Surf Shop was opened in 2005, by a long time local surfer and a former Daytona Beach and San Diego lifeguard. Our store in California is located in Mission Beach, San Diego and our store in Florida is located one mile north of Daytona Beach (in a town called Ormond Beach.)

Surfari surf lessons are for people of all ages. In a surf lesson, you will learn the proper techniques for paddling, positioning your self on the board, standing, and wave selection. After the lesson, you may use the board to practice the skills you learned for one hour. We are confident that after the lesson you will be able to surf on your own!

At Surfari Surf School we offer the best Surf Camps! We make learning to surf at our camps both fun and safe for everyone. Surfari Surf School has Summer Surf Camps conveniently located on the beach. Our surf camps offer 3 or 5 days of exciting surf lessons for ALL ages, Monday through Friday every Summer.

Surfari Surf School offers 3 day and 5 day surf camps, Monday through Fridays during the Summer months (May through August) in the Daytona Beach area. We are located in the neighboring town of Ormond Beach, FL. Our staff of qualified surf instructors are dedicated on teaching you how to surf. We provide all of the proper equipment for learning to surf or you are welcome to bring your own.
