Purchased Natural Cordless Light Filtering UV Protection Bamboo Interior/Exterior Manual Roll-Up Shade at Home Depot. I really do like it. Quality is top notch and the color is really what I wanted. Very durable too.

I ordered replacement keys from this company and paid for second day air. It took four days to receive the keys. i emailed Lou to ask for a credit back, and he flat out denied me. He told me that it was 2 days form clearance of paperwork received, so I sent the email with the clearance status. That email was dated on a Thursday at 7 am. My keys arrived Tuesday evening, so that is most definitely four days. Best case, it's three. Definitely not two. The service and communication was decent. Just think that ripping customers off is never good business practice.

Re Radiance Exterior Sunshade, 72" x72": Looked and worked fine once installed but has very poor directions. Instruction photos are dark, blurry and not much help.
