Services
Custom Home Building
We design and build fully customized homes prioritizing indoor air quality. Our process incorporates non-toxic materials like formaldehyde-free wallboard and aluminum-covered PVC piping to eliminate chemical exposure. Each home features UV air filtration and air-to-air exchangers for continuous clean air circulation, ideal for clients with allergies or chemical sensitivities.
Formaldehyde-Free Insulation
Our formaldehyde-free insulation improves indoor air quality while maintaining energy efficiency. This eco-friendly material reduces off-gassing, creating healthier living environments. Its particularly beneficial for clients with respiratory conditions, offering a safer alternative to conventional insulation products commonly used in residential construction.
VOC-Free Paint Application
We use VOC-free paint to minimize harmful chemical emissions indoors. This choice prevents long-term air pollution from paint off-gassing, addressing health concerns for families, children, and individuals with chemical sensitivities. Our application methods ensure durable, high-quality finishes without compromising safety.
UV Air Filtration Systems
Our UV air filtration systems eliminate mold, bacteria, and airborne pathogens. Installed in high-moisture areas like kitchens and bathrooms, these systems use ultraviolet light to sanitize air continuously. This technology creates safer indoor environments, particularly for clients with respiratory conditions or weakened immune systems.
Air-To-Air Exchangers
Air-to-air exchangers maintain fresh indoor air by replacing stale air with filtered outdoor air. This system prevents pollutant buildup in energy-efficient homes while preserving temperature control. Its essential for modern, tightly sealed homes, ensuring optimal air quality without energy waste.
