Im currently looking for a new doctors office! Its always sooooo hard to get in contact with them. Even pre covid they hardly pick up the phones or they pick up and have you on hold for minutes on end! The receptionists there are not friendly and say whatever to quickly end the call. This doctors office is always closed a lot as well. This is never a good feeling when you have children and need to speak with someone for appts, reassurance, help etc.

Dr. Flynn is an amazing, respectful doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He will not ever force you to do something and he definitely helps you weigh your options. He does not rush his patients or brush off parents' concerns. The wait can be out of this world but he is a very good doctor. You're the parent or Guardian you always have a choice don't ever forget that...Dr. Flynn has been a godsend!

I was not on time to my appointment for my son and the receptionist was super cool with me. Told me the policy behind arriving late and helped me reschedule my appointment. I gave her a brief rundown on why I was coming there and I gave her all the paperwork needed so that on the rescheduled date, it will be a lot smoother. It was a very hectic day and I appreciate the patience. She told me her name, but I don't remember what it was. I hope she has a great week!

First time mom first pick pediatrician. So thankful I went with Dr. Flynn and havent changed. My son is four years old now and do not plan on changing doctors. Hes a great doctor, professional and awarded several times for best pediatrician in NJ. I think his struggle has been the front desk staff but now that hes been blessed to find two great medical receptionist. His office is truly great and smooth sailing even more now. Thank you Dr. Flynn and the office staff for always taking care of my child and requests especially when its last minute. I would give them more stars if I could
