Called H & H Tractor about a Scag V ride II. They had it in stock with the mulching plug also. I also purchased a FC 111 Stihl edger. Great experience. I recommend checking them out. The young man (grandson) is very knowledgeable also about the equipment.

Not the best customer service . Went in for a chain and looked to purchase a new saw to cut logs for my saw mill . Only customer in the store and told the guy what I was after and he suggested a saw he didn't even have in stock . He said he had a larger one and pointed it out . As I was walking over another customer walked in and went towards the chainsaws , the very chainsaw the salesman pointed out to me . The salesman called this guy by his first name and started helping him like I wasn't even there . Not the kind of service I like or willing to spend big money at this store. I won't be back

Very clean business with good product selection. Employees courteous and helpful but dropped one star rating due to owner somewhat lacking in the customer service category. I think the majority of people would find this business meets their needs. I've primarily used this business for service over the years.

Chris was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had a bad experience from another company so I returned EVERYTHING and took my business to H&H. They will definitely be getting more business from me in the future!

Was talked to rudely by a employee. Owner didnt offer much or provide any apology. was basically called a liar to my face.I was going in about possible repairs/warranty on a saw i had 6 months. Will not return, bad customer service
