Equipped with a passion for helping and a knack for recognizing and emboldening others' strengths, she lives by the mantra that "people do as well as they can."

Megan Robertson was a yoga practitioner for years, silently yearning to be a yoga teacher. But barriers inherent in the student/teacher relationship, combined with a distorted sense of what "yogic" really is, kept her from believing she even COULD become a teacher.

We are a team of high-vibing, fiery, caring, and kick-booty humans and we are so freaking excited to get to know you! Our intention with Muddy Feet Yoga is to bring more people to yoga by eliminating the intimidating stigma about what yoga is or isn't. We teach to all bodies, our specialty being those needing a push to break down walls that keep them from living their best life.
Studio Policies

We encourage students to bring their own yoga mat; however, loaner mats and large towels are available to rent for $1 each. Arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in and get settled. New Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork (you may print our Muddy Feet Yoga Waiver ahead of time or fill out at the studio) and explore the studio.

All classes are all levels. You may not be able to "keep up" with those around you at certain classes, but that's not really the point! Remember to move, breathe, and sweat, and everything will come in due time. We always say, it's not like rock-climbing where, if you have to stop and rest, you fall to your death.
