Ballet
Our Ballet program develops technical precision through structured training in proper placement and technique. Students progress through levels mastering barre work, center combinations, and performance pieces. The curriculum emphasizes proper alignment, turnout, and artistry while preparing dancers for pointe work when appropriate.
Hip Hop
Contemporary Hip Hop classes focus on rhythm, isolations, and freestyle movement. Students learn current trends while developing musicality and performance skills. Classes incorporate elements of breaking and commercial dance styles in a high-energy environment that encourages personal expression.
Acro
Acro classes combine dance and tumbling with an emphasis on safe technique. Students progress from basic skills like cartwheels to advanced moves including aerials and handsprings. The program develops strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness to enhance dance performance.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance integrates elements of ballet, modern, and jazz with an emphasis on emotional expression. Classes focus on floor work, improvisation, and dynamic movement qualities. Dancers learn to connect technical skills with storytelling through choreography.
Conditioning
Specialized conditioning classes use Pilates-based exercises to develop dance-specific strength and flexibility. Students work on core stability, muscle endurance, and range of motion using Swiss Balls and TheraBands. The program enhances technical capabilities while preventing injuries.

Do you have competitive dance teams?
Yes, our Elite Company Dancers compete nationally with 6 championship titles. Auditions required for our 80+ member competition teams.

Classes are structured by age and skill level from beginner preschool classes through advanced teen programs with technical progression.
Do you have summer programs?
We offer multiple summer camps and intensives including Acro Camp, Bootcamp classes, and themed dance programs from July-August.

Prestige Dance Academy is amazing, hands down it’s the best dance studio in Hunterdon County. The staff and instructors are outstanding and always make their students (and parents) feel welcomed; they are all so friendly, kind, and fun! They offer many genres of dance and the studio is nicely decorated and furnished—very comfortable for all and parents may watch their child/teen on the monitors. I highly recommend Prestige Dance Studio.

The staff and teachers at the dance center are amazing. They take the time to get to know the students and their parents. You can tell everyone not only cares for the children but love what they do.
