Unfortunately I had to go to the emergency room on January 18. When I got there I realized how dire the waiting room situation was due to COVID-19 and other emergencies. The young man and woman at triage were very apologetic about the wait time and very helpful and concerned about my issues. I did have to go sit in my vehicle for a while, but once I got to the back they took such good care of me.

I would like to thank Michelle Bixler and Jodie Roberts for giving me the best possible care under horrible working conditions. They were very short staffed. There was no room in the back of the emergency

Just to be on safe side I think the rooms need to be cleaned when admitting a patient who wants to be in a dirty room where another patient was seen with medical supplies on the floor from using with another patient this is unacceptable is anyone cleaning
The hospital as should it's already COVID going around please help keep it clean for other patients arriving we will gladly appreciate it

I had to take my husband to the ED at Coffee Regional this afternoon. My experience was very positive, the ER nurses were great, my nurse Darlene was excellent, very compassionate and understanding and the doctor that saw my husband, Ms. Michelle was outstanding. The night crew at the imaging department was also excellent, the technologists Ed, Hanna and Debbie were very professional and understanding of the pain my husband was in, great professional staff. When you or your love one is in pain and you encounter people like the one I did tonight, it makes a horrible experience a more tolerable one

I just wanted to take a second to show my gratitude, first and foremost Dr.Patel for driving with me across the road to Coffee Regional. He definitely cares for his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure we get help that's needed. Also would like to thank Dr.Coward which was the emergency room doctor at Coffee Regional, he made sure to figure out what was going on with me. This day and age finding good and caring doctors are very few and far between so I can't say enough good things about my experience and would definitely recommend them to any and all looking to care for.

I dont care about a policy of only one parent can be with child at er. I would waive my rights even if I got sick . . I get policy but I would bet that doctors and spouse are with there kids if Im wrong Im wrong I just dont like it much .
