So far, my experience with Austin Title Company has been less than ideal. Slow email responses and unnecessary delays throughout the process. They withheld the order for the title for 2 weeks citing they need confirmation from the seller on who the buyers lender will be. How does that make sense?

Totally unprofessional. Sending funding instructions 2 hours before the closing and keeping the keys because the bank has not delivered the funds. Don't deal with this company! Ruined our day, plans and everything.
