It was originally opened in 1995 as a one-man business, operating out of a garage, focusing on new construction HVAC installation. As the new construction economy boomed, our business grew with it.
We currently have ten service and installation vehicles serving the metro Denver area. Our staff includes NATE-certified technicians, trained installers, custom sheet metal fabricators, new construction duct designers, and a knowledgeable friendly office staff. The diagnostic/trip fee is $95. This includes the first hour of diagnostic any additional hours needed for diagnostic will be charged at $75 per hour; once the technician finds the problem he will discuss the cost to fix the problem with the homeowner. If the homeowner chooses to have the problem fixed that day the diagnostic/trip fee will not be charged.

Is the power on to the AC unit outside? By the AC unit outside there is usually a large breaker; make sure that is set to the "on" position. Do you see the lines inside the furnace frozen or water at the base of your furnace/air handler? Turn the AC unit off for 24 hours to let it thaw out. This may be caused by a dirty filter; remove and replace the filter.
