They never open on time! It says they open at 8 but nope, they wait until its 8 and then they come speeding in to the parking lot and run to the front door. And then they tell you please give us a few minutes to get ready like punks its already 8 you SHOULD be ready...its 7:59 and they just arrived flying in to the parking lot
