I drove 3 hours to purchase my Regalia from Trish at Robinson Sew and Vac. If I had to do it all over again I wouldnt change a thing. We were under the gun with the beginnings of the state shutdown from Covid-19. It spoiled our boot camp training day but Trish made sure I left the shop with the most important information to get me started with my Regalia. She was and still is available if I need anything and I truly appreciate the awesome support she and the staff at Robinson Sew and Vac has offered.

My old sewing machine quit in the middle of making COVID-19 masks. I was unable to find a sewing machine at any of the four Walmarts near me. A friend suggested calling Robinson Sew & Vac and leaving a message. My call was quickly returned with Trish asking what my needs were. There was no high pressure sales pitches, just questions about what I was looking for. I was extremely satisfied with the service I was given and highly recommend them. (Trish's YouTube videos are very helpful learning things about my computerized Janome.)
