At My Cute Pawz, we are focused on providing only the most caring and gentle services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We groom your pet with consideration to your pets personality and your chosen style. Our groomers are willing to sit down and talk with you about what we believe would be the best for your pet and any health issues that may be at hand.

We strive to provide you and your pets with the best loving care and service. Our highest priority is the health and well being of your pets. We will work with each pet to understand their personalities to make their visit the most comfortable and stress-free. We have fun here- so will they!

From beginning to finish, a pet grooming at our facility lasts a few hours depending on which services are being provided and the thickness of the coat and the type of haircut they will be receiving.Whenever your pet is ready, we will call you so you can pick them up as soon as their grooming is completed.

Because we work by appointment we require cancellation of appointments 24 hours before your appointment time. This enables us to fill your appointment time. I understand emergencies happen and while last minute cancellations are a part of life, we expect them to be uncommon. If you have a habit of forgetting appointments, no worries, you will receive a reminder email and/or text message for your appointment!

It is required to have a temperament test prior to boarding and playcare. This is at least a 30-minute session where we can see how your pet does with our staff and other pets. It is HIGHLY recommended to come in some day before boarding to do at least a half-day playcare so they get used to the environment and staff that will be taking care of their pet!.
