Overall, I will have to say my experience working with this company recently was very lackluster. I ordered a TV through amazon and it was shipped through this company. The drop of was a bit annoying as I had yo wait a week to have it delivered, although thats not out of the ordinary for such a large item. My problems started when I had tto have the item shipped back do to some quality issues. For a pickup, they do not have scheduled times only days. In be other words you are required to be available from 9-5 throughout the entire day for the driver to pickup your item. Secondly when I set up the

The absolute worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional from their initial contact, to phone support, to their attempted delivery. They cant seem to manage their delivery drivers and when the deliver packages. This didnt happen just once. It has happened 2x in the past month with both deliveries via this vendor. To anyone looking to ship via MAF, know that your customers will be mad at you for picking this incompetent delivery company.
