Established in Eugene, Oregon in 2008, Izumi offers authentic Japanese food and a complete sushi bar, as well as cuisine from numerous Asian cultures to suit virtually every palate. Izumi means "spring water" in Japanese, and owner Alex Han says the name reflects his desire to "give joy, pleasure, relaxation and comfort to people by offering food and hospitality from the heart, unlimited and unstoppable like spring water."
