Very fast and friendly service. Called in the same day I needed full coverage for my vehicle to register it and sommer I think her name was called me back within an hour and got me set up so i could go to the dmv ! 100% reccomend durant!

Never a problem with Durant Ins; I have started several policies through them. I think the fellow with the one star review does not understand how insurance works. The local agent does not pay on any claims, the umbrella insurance company pays. I'm also suspicious that there are privacy rules just like most professions, and he couldn't provide proper authorization to the agency. That is not the agency's fault.
