Really unprofessional. They cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Told me it was because paperwork wasn't filled. I made the appointment in early October and they sent an email with paperwork to be filled the day before my appointment at 3:30 and with the cancelation notice. When I called they told me they could reschedule me, but I needed to wait until January. The lady I spoke has poor customer service skills.

I gave it 4 stars because of the other reviews as I didnt see them as a patient. I wanted to review so others do not have delay in getting treatment. They do not accept insurance so Cash is payment method for treatment.

This is my testimony of how much the Neurostar TMS treatment has helped me. Growing up, I was was a happy, healthy child with a loving family. I was active and extremely intelligent, and involved with school, friends, hobbies, and sports activities. But during college things started to change. I have struggled now for several years with anxiety and an ever-deepening depression, which no medications or counseling seemed to help. It has been difficult for all of those who love me to watch these changes, to see me slide into a dark place where they couldnt reach me or help. All of my loved ones

I really like Dr. Abraham, she definitely takes time to listen and is very careful with treatment. I believe her desire is to see each patient thriving and mentally stable. I would highly recommend.
