CNS is a state-licensed preschool devoted to nurturing children ages 3-5 in a secure and happy environment. Our principal goal is to bring children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development into balance using age-appropriate skills and activities. We work to help every child feel secure and valued, to build a strong sense of self-esteem, and to practice empathy and care for others.
Community Nursery School is an Appleton Area School District 4K Community Partner offering both morning and afternoon 4K classes. Our 3K classes for the 2021-2022 school year are currently full. Registration for the 2021-22 school year 4K (4-5 year olds) classes is coordinated by the Appleton Area School District.

It is our intent to provide your child with a loving and nurturing first school experience. At CNS we focus on group and independent activities that encourage emotional, social, intellectual, and physical growth. Greeting, sharing time, encouragement of language, special projects or activities of the day, concept development, or perhaps a field trip or special visitor.

Community Nursery School is a state-licensed preschool offering non-denominational classes, 2 or 4 sessions per week. It does not offer a Day Care program or provide transportation. CNS is open to children ages 3-5 and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, political persuasion, handicap, or ancestry.
