They have been great to work with as we have had two projects with them to help us update our audio visual needs. They are very professional, and understood our needs and how to best accomplish them creating a custom, turnkey solution.

The team at RTW is incredible! Instead of trying to up-sell us on things we didn't need, they actually listened to our needs. They patiently answered every one of our questions and there were no surprises throughout installation. Every member of their team is professional and knows what they're doing. Now that everything has been installed, they have quickly responded to every question or adjustment we've needed. If your church or business (large or small) is looking for someone to bring you into the 21st century, give RTW a call. You won't regret it!

When our church had to go virtual due to COVID we started with a webcam and a laptop. RTW helped us get the right cameras and associated equipment to make it easy to zoom each service. The support we have received after the installation has been great as well. Highly recommend them for any of your AV needs!!
