John had the perfect solution for a project I have been struggling with for over 2 years. In less than 5 minutes, we were selecting colors and panel widths. Installers (including John) were fast and tidy. They spent time teaching me how to open and close the curtain which was helpful since the curtain is in a public place used by people of varying skill levels.

OUTSTANDING! If I could give more than five stars I would! I want to thank John for helping me find the perfect shades for my house. I had another company come out and I was so overwhelmed by the options. John came out and helped me through the process, and even gave me advice on what color shades I should go with! John made the process effortless. With supply chain issues everywhere, John communicated with me on when my shades will be coming in and times for install. Him and his installer showed up ON TIME! John has an eye for detail, one of the shades had a scratch on it and he had a new one

I truly enjoyed working with John at Northshore Window Treatments, it was a very professional experience start to finish. There was never any pressure. They helped me understand our needs for privacy and controlling the light. For each product that we considered, John pointed out the pros and cons. We purchased Vignettes and Silhouettes and we absolutely love them. Pricing was great and customer service was excellent. I grade this company 5 stars +
