The work they did was great. They installed an ornate fence in a cut out between my living room and dining room so my son couldn't climb over it. There design was great and the install team did a great job. There were some inconsistencies between what I was told on the initial house visit and when I went to place the order, but that did not take away from the final product.

The quality of the work was very good. I only rated them four stars because the customer service and follow up was lacking. There is very little communication. I had to call a couple of times to find out when the work would begin. Also, there was no follow at all to see if I was satisfied once the job was finished. Once the job was complete there was no other communication. All that being said, I am very happy with the railings that were installed.

Macaro was a customer friendly operation and did a great job with ornamental railings made for our new front porch. The price was fair and the work was well done. I have already recommended Macaro to a family member, which I did without reservation.
