Eagle Gate was a great closing experience. They were right on time and prepared for my closing. Sat down and they explained what each one of the signatures meant. I was out of there in ten minutes and my loan funded just a couple days later. Very professional, would use them again for sure.

Staff was pleasant and setting was both professional and comfortable. Document signing at closing went very quickly, but there was not in depth review and explanation without questions to prompt it. Funding was taken care of quickly. Overall, very happy with the service and outcome.
