Centinela Skilled Nursing West is a 59 bed SKILLED NURSING FACILITY with an attached 96 bed assisted living facility. We provide quality health care and compassion to every individual who walks through our doors. Upon admission, residents are assisted by a concierge throughout their stay, whose primary focus is to accommodate their needs.
