As a Building Manager in Waikiki, when a dangerous and serious threat was posed in the building, API dropped everything, on the same day of request, to help us. We hired their special division of guards to ensure proper management of the situation and were not disappointed. In fact, interfacing with a handful of security companies on island, I didn't have high hopes. But, they BLEW ME AWAY. Professional, On-Time, Prepared -- They even included major incident reports, to make sure we knew what was happening around the building after every shift.
