Formed in 1993, TOTALL Metal Recycling, Inc. (TMR) established a toll processing plant for scrap wire granulation. The operation process mechanically separated copper from plastic insulation. Both materials were returned to the supplier for recycling. In 2001, TMR expanded its commercial, freight, and operations departments to process and trade in a more diverse range of scrap materials.

TMR mechanically processes scrap to size, separate, clean, screen, condense, and package it into supplementary raw material for smelting and refining. Internal engineering and maintenance support are vital to the achievement and retention of efficiency in our production. Some of our equipment is mobile-equipped to facilitate off-site needs and special projects.

Interior spaces are controlled with badge entry for all employees and guests. Inventories are protected by laser motion sensors. All areas are recorded by video surveillance and off-site monitoring. Additional containment areas are all available for highly sensitive materials requiring locked separate storage.

TMR serves industrial clients and scrap dealers throughout North America and some outlying areas. With few exceptions, scrap materials sourced are transported to our St. Louis area plant for processing. We do not source from the public. We offer site visits for consultation of by-product material identifications, best practices, and value potential.
