Beautifully engraved initials on stainless steel urn necklaces. Unfortunately it's quite hard to find stainless engravers,let alone one with heart.

went to the store to get a trophy for a team member of mine, I asked how much a trophy cost that I liked, and a older man tells me "" you cant afford it"" that really made me feel upset... I still bought the item but I will never go back to that store!!! You should never talk to your customers that way....

Mr. Hiro is absolutely the best. Friendly service and professional. I recommend this gentleman to all my friends for any custom engraving. To comply with all the rules after building my own rifle It was impossible to find any one to engrave and serialize my receiver. In talking with Mr. Hiro about the scope of work I was absolutely impressed. I was able to get him a drawing and he was able to do some custom work as well. Outstanding work - Thank you

Came here looking for a custom engraved Oscar trophy. I was greeted happily at the door by the owners and the dog. They showed me the different types of trophies they had an helped me picked out the right one and had it ready before I needed it. Really satisfied with the product and enjoyed doing business. I would definitely come back to get another custom trophy engraved.

Politics aside, these people can't even perform the basic functions of their jobs correctly. I gave them two very simple engraving jobs and they screwed them BOTH up. The kid who took the details for the order was dismissive and obviously uninterested in the details of what I needed to have done. I left their store with a feeling of doubt, I should have listened to my instincts. The engraving was very simple and I gave very clear instructions, "Capitalize this letter AND this letter!" yet they screwed it up, in addition to misspelling a simple four letter word. They also
