Full inspections start at $350, 4-point inspections at $150, and radon testing at $150 (or $125 with a home inspection). Prices vary based on property size and features.
What is wind mitigation certification?
Wind mitigation certification documents storm-resistant features to qualify for insurance discounts. We complete the official UMVI form with photographic evidence of roof construction and protective systems.
How long does radon testing take?
Radon testing requires 48 continuous hours of monitoring. Homeowners must keep windows/doors closed during testing. Results typically available the day after test completion.

I sent a request on the website for an inspection and within 30 minutes I received a phone call to schedule an appointment that same day. He was in and out pretty quickly and he sent a detailed report the next day of everything he inspected.
