We are very pet friendly at Stadium and offer a fenced pet park in our courtyard, a warm and comfortable dog wash room, and we are within a minute of Wright Park where your dogs have their own park paradise! We do require a pet interview with all dogs. We do not charge pet rent! Our community makes use of Energy Star appliances and LED lighting, low flow plumbing fixtures, and recycling.

The location provides easy access to the Tacoma waterfront and the I 5 freeway, all of which makes living here very convenient.
