From the time I made my first call to request an estimate to the final gate installation I was very impressed with the crew at Atlanta Gate. Robin was always very sweet and helpful when I called and asked questions. When Shane showed up to give me the estimate he was very nice and patient with all our questions and got back to us quickly with a detailed estimate. When Tim, Bob and Bear showed up to do the initial and final installs they were prompt, professional, friendly and showed an attention to detail that I greatly appreciated. We had a great experience with Atlanta Gate Company! We obtained several quotes before selecting AGC. Our determination wasnt based solely on price (which was competitive but higher than some). It was based on the level of customer service and product quality of the company as well as the consultative approach used by Shane when he came out to discuss our project.
Shane helped us design our entry and custom gate. Robin communicated updates throughout and coordinated the setup of our call box. Overall, the process took approximately 8 weeks to complete due to the masonry, electrical, and gate
