This company is truly the best in IT support for businesses. We have a dental office in Milpitas and have been searching for a trust worth IT support for the last 5-6 years. We found JT Solutions last year and they have been support our 2 offices for the last 12 months. Jimmy and Mike are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I know I can throw any problem at them and they'll take care of us. And they always exceed our expectations. We needed to rewire our network and since we have patients during weekdays, Jimmy actually volunteer to do the work on the weekend! Amazing!

My Dell Laptop had unexpectedly installed Windows 10 automatically after a period of use. This caught me by surprise since this has never happened before. Previously, my computer was configured with Windows 7 . I wanted to revert back to Windows 7 since the new OS was not working for me. The fan would be running but nothing would appear on my screen. Please be aware of all the possible fake reviews. Would give 0 if I could. My review was removed for "missing details". You want details? The guy told me whatever I wanted o be repaired to be "beyond the scope", for more than 200 dollars, he replaced my keyboard and that's it. He memorized my credit card number and make the charge without my permission. It's almost a scam from the way I see it
