Last year we travelled from out of town to visit Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville. We phoned ahead and ordered the rental. When we arrived, the staff showed us how to use the scooter, and even put it in our vehicle for us. The entire process was very smooth and all of the staff were very friendly and happily answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Penn York Medical and would definitely use them again.

When I needed a #stairlift my husband suggested I call #PennYork, "they have been around a long time" he said. When I did the reception was great! I quickly received a return call from Dylan in sales. He was not pushy, gave all of the facts and patiently answered all of my questions. When we somewhat agreed on a device he came to my home. He was gracious, took his shoes off, brought brochures, took measurements and made the process very pleasant. Even my two small dogs liked Dylan and they don't like everyone. :D

I needed to get two stair lifts installed because of an emergency situation. Penn York made it happen very quickly so I was not stranded upstairs over the weekend. All were very professional, accommodating, efficient and cheery even on a late Friday afternoon. They clearly cared about my circumstance and for that I am very grateful.
