So I kind of stumbled into the laundry business. In my job as an accountant I had a client that had a laundromat for sale and I was intrigued. I thought it was a great opportunity to do some good in my community. Not only did the laundromat meet a need in the community I saw it as a way to brighten up the neighborhood.

Lotus Laundry is our laundromat in Newark. Our cozy facility is always kept clean and sanitized by our attendants. Our lavanderia is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Our coin laundromat is equipped with small to jumbo sized machines to meet all of your laundry needs.

For only $1.50 a pound, we will pickup your laundry from your home and wash it for you at our laundromat. You can tell us when you want your laundry picked up and even how you would like it washed. It's as easy as ordering take-out.

Our drop off laundry service will save you tons of time. You just leave your laundry with us and we will wash it, dry it and fold it for you. It is ready for you to pick up 24 hours later. If you like your laundry done a certain way we will do it according to your preferences. We use an unscented brand when we wash your clothes but you are welcome to bring in your own detergent and we will wash your clothes with that.
