Dr. Gulinson founded the Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center now relocated to Peoria, Arizona in 2008. He is board certified women's healthcare expert and has been in practice since 1999 in the valley of the sun. Dr. Gulinson trained prestigious university education settings in Denver, Colorado and San Antonio Health Sciences Center.
