Dr. Dillon D. Balkin, DC

Dr. Balkin was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. He graduated from Wootton high school and later obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at The University of Maryland. Dr. Balkin finished his education at Palmer College with a Doctoral degree in Chiropractic and a focus in sport injury rehabilitation.
Andrea Hernandez

Andrea Hernandez currently works as a licensed Chiropractic Assistant and currently serves as the Director at Optimal Performance Rehab with a focus in exercise rehabilitation. As the exercise tech, Andrea leads patients through therapeutic exercises to improve their overall strength and mobility. Andrea works closely with Dr. Balkin to develop an individualized exercise program based on the patients condition and capabilities.
