Services we Offer

This annual event takes place on Tuesday before Thanksgiving each year to provide eye surgery to those who are need, uninsured and have no means to pay for their much needed care. Howard Goldman, MD has been the catalyst for the program and instrumental in getting the physicians, surgical supplies, and medications donated to the event.

Jeffrey M. Perlman, M.D

Jeffrey M. Perlman, M.D. is the first and only full-time doctor in Boca Raton specializing in Pediatric and Neuro-Ophthalmology. A native of Manhasset, New York, he is a graduate of Cornell University and the New York Medical College.
Upon completion of his internship and residency in ophthalmology at New York Medical College, Dr. Perlman completed a dual fellowship in Pediatric and Neuro-Ophthalmology at the renowned Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary.Because of his specialized training and unique credentials Dr. Perlman answers many invitations to lecture to local physician groups, optometrists and community organizations.

Douglas A. Kohl, M.D

A native of Ohio, Douglas Kohl matriculated through an accelerated B.S./M.D. program. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University, with summa cum laude honors, and Northeast Ohio Medical University in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Kohl completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Kresge Eye Institute, Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan.
