Services
Mold Inspection
Our mold inspection service uses infrared camera scanning and advanced moisture detection equipment to locate hidden mold sources in residential and commercial properties. Certified consultants perform non-invasive assessments to identify moisture intrusion points that could lead to mold growth. We provide detailed reports showing mold locations and their impact on building environments while maintaining strict neutrality in our findings.
Asbestos Testing
Professional asbestos testing identifies hazardous materials in building components like flooring, insulation, and textured paints. Our licensed industrial hygienist develops proper protocols for asbestos removal projects while documenting health and safety requirements. We provide accurate laboratory analysis of samples collected from residential and commercial properties across Oklahoma and Missouri.
Air Quality Testing
We conduct comprehensive air quality testing using both viable and non-viable sampling methods to detect mold spores and other contaminants. Our certified team analyzes air samples in accredited laboratories, providing 24-hour turnaround for basic tests and detailed analysis for specialized requirements. Services cover residential homes and commercial buildings throughout our service areas.
Mediation
Our neutral mediation services help resolve disputes between property owners, insurance companies, and remediation firms. We provide expert witness testimony and impartial analysis of mold-related issues while maintaining strict neutrality. Our mediation process focuses on transparent communication between all parties to achieve fair resolutions for complex environmental disputes.
EMRI Testing
Environmental Relative Moldiness Index (EMRI) testing quantifies settled mold spores using EPA-developed methodology. This specialized analysis identifies 36 different mold species to establish a comparative mold index. The test provides baseline data for comprehensive mold inspections and helps determine the extent of contamination in residential environments.

Luke did a great job with on the spot testing - for a last minute title company closing request. Test submitted and ready in time for addressing, removing, and clearing garage for any mold. Great job!

Report
I could not pass up this opportunity to thank Luke for his services. I was concerned about the possible presence of asbestos and needed a contractor to come out to inspect the property for suspect materials. Then collect samples for testing. He was able to set up a date and time to come out to the property within the same week!
Also, I have never worked with anyone who is as determined to get the job done as Luke was. In spite of the unexpected obstacles he encountered on his way to the property, he still managed to show up and complete the job without rescheduling! That is what I call dedication
