Hooper - Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home has been serving Algood, Cookeville, Baxter and Monterey area families for years. We are honored to be a part of the rich history of this community and plan to be a part of it for many years to come. On a crisp Autumn day in 1972, David Horner walked into Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home and asked Mr. Ed Hooper and Mr. Earl Huddleston for a job.

We are now offering an option to families for those who can't attend the service in person. Complimentary livestreaming services on our website allows family members and friends to watch the service in real time. A recording of the service will remain on our website for 90 days for the convenience of those who wish to watch later.

Cremation Choices

At Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home, we provide cremation services at our locally-owned and operated crematory. Our funeral directors are available to explain all the choices available when the choice is cremation. Families have many options available when they choose cremation. A traditional viewing and funeral can be held prior to cremation.
