The company's production of August Wilson's "Gem of the Ocean" was the kind of show that changes you. Everyone in the cast was amazing. Staging the play at 1839 Wylie Ave. was pure genius. All of the design elements were perfect.

Savior Samuel is a “must see.” Another brilliant contribution by Mark Southers and the PPTCO. The show continues until mid-March.

I saw two Ray Werner one-act plays last night ... they were excellent! I especially enjoyed The Stuttering Pig. I forgot I was watching a play 🙂. I will definitely recommend the theatre to others and I look forward to seeing the renovated space.

The production I saw last night had quality lighting and flat acting. The theater itself has many problems. The seats felt like cement and the heat wasn’t on. All of those discomforts were compounded by the lack of an intermission. I like to get up and have a drink, go to the bathroom, etc., when I see a show. It would have at least given my butt some relief.

I LOVE this theatre!!! It's small and comfortable. You always feel welcome. Often the actual playwright will be there and have a question and answer session after the play. I'm a fan!
