All 1907 burgers are ground blend of short-rib brisket & chuck, seasoned smashed and cooked medium. Prepared with lettuce, tomato, thin onion and pickles. Served with our twice-fried crispy frites + house-made ketchup. The Canzonetta, Cicero & Razzano families long tradition of rustic Italian food has arrived at Bistro 1907!
