The absolute best real estate experience I have had in New York. Maria was quick, efficient, and extremely communicative throughout the whole rental experience, and this was after dealing with brokers for at least 10 other rentals. I worked with Maria to rent an apartment in Brooklyn. She was professional and followed up in a timely manner. Maria is the only broker I have ever worked with in NYC that actually followed all the required steps for lease signing and apartment walk throughs. When I signed my lease I went to her office to meet with her and the landlord, and we walked through the lease before signing. She made sure both I and the landlord understood what was expected. She did the same when my lease ended. She was present for the walk through when I moved out, documented and explained next steps. It was great to

Maria was excellent in communicating with me for virtual visits to find the exact Brooklyn studio I had been dreaming of! Thanks to her candid realtor knowledge I was also able to avoid getting scammed by other scummy realtors looking to make a quick buck. On top of that she helped me negotiate a favorable lease and was fulcrum of communication all during the stressful holidays while viewing the units remotely. Definitely recommend for integrity and value.

I worked with Maria for 2 tenants and I must say they are the best. No problems. Had good jobs. No programs. Shes super organized. Met her dad too hes nice as well. She told me to fix a few things and I did. I like that about her. She gives you a selection to choose from and so far they are good.
