Iv'e had certificates and cd's at many other banks and savings and loans. Never have I been told to jump through so many hoops to have the money that was mine be mailed to me at maturity. This place has the poorest, most ridiculous excuse for customer service and I will never work with them again.

They have always been there for my banking needs. Traveled to New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Scotland and Britain. Traveled to Italy, Sweden and France. Plus, Western Caribbean, Canada and Costa Rica. Advance notice to Excite and all our money exchange handled via the ATM and Excite. Able to us Application (App) via internet to do all our banking needs.

Staff is always nice and ready to answer any questions I have about my account. The one thing I will say and I dont know if they have any control over it, is the ATM is very difficult to use. Sometimes I have to try 5 times for it to take my cash and the text and background clash making it almost impossible to read the screen. I believe its green background with light purple text.

When my husband's credit union closed, our accounts were sent to this credit union. These people are amazing! The transition went smoothly and they have treated us like family. They always welcome us and have taken every precaution necessary during this last several months. There is never a long line. Most times, I'm in and out within minutes.
