Let me start off by saying I signed on with APS in the middle of the worst snow season I have worked in years. While we got off to rocky start, our working relationship improved tremendously once I reached out and got clarification from the corporate on their payment process and what they required from me. What I learned with my experience is communication is the key, if you have a problem, call and they will always try and fix the problem. If you want to partner with an honest/transparent company this is the place for you!

Did over $6K worth of work for them and they took MONTHS to pay after at least 50 phone calls from me to them. Not exaggerating. Most frustrating thing ever. I finally got paid a small portion and then I kept calling and calling and a few months later I got some more money. They still owe me $800 and I tried to get that from them and they said “that contract was voided” worst company ever. Do NOT work for them.

I have worked for alliance property services for a year As a Amtrak contractor and always have had a problem with getting paid on time Even though I was a dedicated service provider for them And always went above and beyond for them I had a family medical emergency out of state and now they Penalize My pay I had a few shifts through August 1 through the 15th of 2020 Which My check was supposed to be $ 288.00 But yet they docked me 5% every day Which led up to $72.00 even though I was out of state dealing with family matters I would highly suggest not working for this company due to lack of care

Should be an options for zero stars. We were contracted by APS for several retail stores for the 2019 season of property maintenance. They have still not paid us for all the work even though our contract included 45 day payment terms. No one from the company returns call or emails, not even the supposed founder Matthew J. Meyers, Sr. I definitely would not recommend them if you are a contractor and if you are someone in need of a property management company I would look elsewhere too, they won't pay the people they contract for your services so your property will suffer!
