Sandra Mullins is the owner and President of Final Touch Commercial Cleaning. She started Final Touch in 1985 and has now been in business for over 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.

Starting with only a mop and a broom Sandra now oversees a workforce of over 200 staff members that specialize in cleaning and janitorial services for schools, churches, manufacturing facilities, banks, community centers and corporate offices.Sandra joined the rotary club of Tulsa in 1995. She has also been a member of the Tulsa Executives Association since 2004.

Our custodial industry is constantly evolving. Each year a Final Touch Cleaning Representative attends the worldwide cleaning industry association conference (ISSA) which is our national industry tradeshow. This tradeshow allows us to stay on the cutting edge of technology and chemicals. We are constantly striving to enhance productivity and as always we want the very best in each facility we are entrusted with.

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

Final Touch Cleaning has successfully become the first cleaning service organization headquartered in Oklahoma to achieve the Cleaning Industry Management Standard Green Building certification with honors.
