Our trip was a waste of time! The lady in the office handed us a paper with the trailers and I asked her that we wanted to see upgraded only. She marked only 4 trailers and never was approached from a salesman. The commercial is extremely misleading with acres and acres of mobile homes! Not true at all! And the mobile homes that were supposed to be upgraded homes were not at all! Very disappointed! Will never waste my time again!

My wife and I custom designed a floor plan and house to suit our needs of a growing family. Marcus and the team went above and beyond our expectations with our new house. It is 2100 sqft 4 bedroom 2 bath with a massive open floor plan, commercial freezer, 8 island and cabinets for day. I went with a friend who was shopping for a home. Although she didn't buy one from McCants, the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. I am a licensed agent in Louisiana. As an agent I believe a home is a place where families make memories. I am glad to have had the opportunity to learn about the updates made to newer manufactured homes.

The sellling process was great. But the service needed after, whether from the plant that built it or whoever has been HORRIBLE!!!! I have had 3 techs to come to my home and still not done right. And when I call to get answers it seems like its my fault that these things are happening!! It has been a horrific experience. Beautiful home. But when you are paying that kind of money for a brand new home you want your stuff fixed RIGHT!!!! And shouldnt have to hear stuff about warranty EXPECIALLY when you been complaining about these issues waaaaay before the warranty expired.

This place is awesome. Before we found our home that we are buying, we came here two different times and found mobile homes that we loved. We just ended up finding a better deal on a home and didn't use them. They are awesome though and we have never had any issues with the owners at all, except once with one of their sons. He was rushing us out and didn't have a clue what we were talking about. It was just an off day that day and he clearly didn't want to be there. Other than that, they have always been great to us..
