GLYC is a private, membership-based club located on the northwest side of Glen Lake, in the town of Glen Arbor, Michigan. The club was founded in 1941, and provides its membership with a full range of summer sailing, tennis, social, and youth activities. Our sailing fleet is primarily focused around MC Scows, Butterflys, and Prams.
The club is also a member of US Sailing and the Western Michigan Yachting Association. Our non-profit arm, the GLYC Foundation, offers free sailing lessons to the local community on Friday mornings during the summer season.
