We serve Northern Mexican cuisine with authentic flavors and seasonings as well traditional entrees with modern twists. Here at Allan's we strive to make dishes that incorporate the flavors & seasonings from our home state of Chihuahua, Mexico. We also include traditional styles & entrees from other regions of Mexico, and in our menu you will find we have brought in some varieties of which we consider to be "neo-traditional" using the same principles, flavors, & seasonings we grew up with.Buen Provecho! Recently five brave people came to challenge the DIABLO BURRITO at Allan's Authentic Mexican Restaurant. This time, the DIABLO won. Thanks again to Sandra and Mauricio, for coming in and filming this video which aired on Univision, Mundo Fox, and Telemundo.
