Evans Memorial Home and Cresco Assisted Living can provide increased levels of care as needs change. This gives residents and their families peace of mind in knowing their loved one can age in place.
We are the areas preferred provider for skilled rehabilitation and longterm care. In addition, our Cresco Assisted Living provides tenants with the opportunity to remain in their own apartment with access to convenience and nursing assistance if needed. This allows aging adults to remain independent longer as well as have improved quality of life through access to socialization, exercise programs and more.

Skilled rehabilitation

Often after a short hospital stay due to an illness or surgery, an individual requires rehabilitation. Our Rehabilitation program will allow our residents to work with quality physical, occupational and speech therapists. We offer access to private and semi-private rooms. All rooms include a bed, nightstand, dresser, chair, and tv, so you can rest assured knowing you will be able to feel at home while you concentrate on getting stronger.
Outpatient Therapy

Individuals needing to work with physical, occupational or speech therapies may have the option to participate in outpatient therapy services. This allows the individual to remain in their home but comes to our rehabilitation center to work with their therapists. When your physician suggests therapy services, tell them you want to stay close to home by having your therapy at Evans Memorial Home!
Long-term care

Transitioning to long-term care is a difficult decision for everyone involved. Evans Memorial Home walks families through this process, with the resident's quality of life and care as the top priorities. Our homelike rooms and access to our attached assisted living community, allow couples and family members to enjoy their private time and even live near each other even when different levels of care are needed.
