Mike Leupitz began his career as a home inspector in 1984. He is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector and helped write the standards of practice for the industry. Mike is a leading expert in pest identification and also owns a pest control company. Mike is now enjoying retirement and we are grateful for the experience and knowledge that he continues to provide the company!

Bruce has been a Certified Home Inspector for over 6 years and has inspected well over 2000 homes during that time. He was personally trained by Mike Leupitz and is certified with InterNachi and the state of Oregon. Bruce is based in Salem and focuses on Salem, Dallas, Silverton, Woodburn and the surrounding areas.

We inspect and report on condition of the walkways, driveways, porch, patio, steps, decks, deck covers, grading issues, overhanging trees, retaining walls, hose bibs.

Yes there will be a written report sent by email to you and to your realtor (if you request it to be). Our reports are very comprehensive and will include a narrative and pictures of the various aspects of the inspection. Contact us if you would like to view a sample report. Yes, we do testing for radon gas in your home.
