They dont care their staff. I been work 10 hours sitting checking small pieces count one by one until 8000 at 10000. My back kill me after that.

I have been working with Industrial Rivet for almost 10 years now. They are a great company with great products. They have grown immensely in the time I have known them, but they still operate their business with the same care and passion as a family owned and operated business. Will start you at 9.50 an hour and promise you a higher wage, but you will never get it. back breaking work. drove forklift for 8 months without them certifying me. didn't even watch safety video until 7 months in. no raises. will replace you when someone more qualified is hired (happen to me). all items are metal so expect to move tons of material from pallet to pallet on a daily basis. managers don't care unless you're Columbian. cycle through employees frequently. if you want this job be prepared for back pain and long hard hours of fast paced work. good luck
