Portico Fine Tile & Design

Founded in 2001, Portico Fine Tile & Design was established by Ann Pattison, formerly of Sanderson Interior Design in London, UK, and Tania Huusko, a graduate of the New York School of Ceramics at Alfred University. Our company was built on partnerships with industry leaders in ceramic tile, stone, glass, wood, and metal, creating a foundation of expertise and quality. We specialize in providing luxury hard surfaces and comprehensive design services to discerning homeowners, architects, interior designers, and luxury home builders across coastal New Hampshire and beyond. Our team of professionally trained designers offers complimentary design consultations, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that align with their vision and project requirements. As an industry partner of the Tile Council of North America, we uphold rigorous standards for material quality and application, serving both residential and commercial markets.

Our showroom in Greenland, NH, features an exclusive selection of materials, including products from renowned brands like Artistic Tile and New Ravenna, reflecting our commitment to offering the finest surfaces available. We provide technical consultation, installation specifications, and fully custom or in-stock materials, ensuring every project meets exacting standards. Our dedication to education extends to tile maintenance guidance, empowering clients to preserve the beauty of their investments through proper sealing and cleaning practices. With over two decades of experience, we combine global design insights with local market knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Our approach emphasizes collaboration, precision, and a deep understanding of material properties, ensuring lasting value for every client.
